Can you manually try to change the the Electron Cash server? Not sure if that's possible, but since it's a Electrum fork there should be a option under Tools -> Network.

Or just try to create a new wallet file and restore it with your seed. If the transactions is already confirmed, the coins are there but your wallet "don't know about that".
