The long terms lending program interest is not fix, depends on how much profit that we get previous day for today interest.

For the question 'why we are bothering to collect the funds' answer is like when you buy ASIC Miner to bitmain or anyother manufacture, why you need to wait for their products and bother to preoder the miner?
