The good and bad Ico usually depends on what's in their vision, how they can run the project in the future, profitable or not for everyone, the look and work of the team is also very influential ico is good or not.

Sometimes bad project also looks interesting we cannot able to guess exact prediction about the company. Now a days many companies are showing their transperancy to the investors in order to attract them. Once we find potential in the project then we can start investing in it.
