i have had an order to sell QRL coins for BTC , then i cancelled it, so instead of usual cancelling, now i see that QRL coins were sold..
but the things that nobody have bought them...
so the QRL coins are gone and i didnt get any BTC for that
some bug in BIttrex order
have anyone adressed such an issue?
bittrex support dont answer, i have heard that it can take monthes to get an answer
Have you retried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser and reopen bittrex? It also happens to me whenever someone snags up my coins for sale and I want to cancel it. First thing i do is clear cache and cookies and if the balance still isn't listed, contact live chat and see whether they'd fix the problem. Also, it doesn't take months, but rather a few hours or even a week at most.
