Definitely, Altcoins which re holders by many crypto currency holder will survive in future. There are many altcoins which are having a good potential and can sustain their life in future. Among all these coin ETHEREUM is my favorite and it has great value to me.Bitcoin is the first and best in crypto-currency and ethereum comes second.I am sure that ETH will survive because there are already so many projects that have been running.

It is more risky indeed to use altcoins and yet you can win a jackpot if you invest in the right one (the problem is that it's not easy to decide which one will lead to good future.
