I think that China has nothing against the crypto currency. The ban was only for the conduct of the ICO.

ICO is fobbited is Chaina. That is why they do not work with the siticents of Chaina. But they can spend money collected on ICO in agricultere of Chaina.

I think in China they are able to do business and the state will support investments in their country
