I would like to post same question to you, how would you evaluate quality of Tribunal, if required. Though I wish you don't have to touchbase Tribunal.

Each participant is rated separately, otherwise one tribunal with a high rating will be constantly busy, wont it?

How do you get likes on social media ? It is little similar to that. More you are rated more occupied you get in accord to maintain the quality people expect out of you.

But at first some of transactions will be reviewed by inexperienced participants, its inevitable. Have you already got a plan to deal with it?

Initially we would have team to assist on this until transformation is completed.
