Everyone of us have a own opinion and conclusion and as you can see that they change the date because of some delays in improving the quality of service that they will give on us ratger than giving us as much as possible with a fault full of problems in the network. They are so active giving us update weekly in their works and events gathered. I think its enough to say that it is not a scam.

You make a point, I've been scammed before and they usually just run off with the BTC after ICO ends.

They were doing meet ups and sponsoring events about blockchain projects, they are exposing their faces to the public how can they try to scam this time? The kids gotta be kidding.
