I think your batch file is partially correct, and your CPU is mining alright. Just delete pause command and make it loop.

straks-cli.exe generatetoaddress 1
goto loop

How to check did I solve a block?

Use the blockexplorer with your address. https://straks.info
I also got the same [] stuff, but after 3 hours of mining I got 2-3 blocks.

If you succeed to mine block, there will be information between []. You can also check with your wallet, as transaction appears there.
