You could use an exchange like Kraken to convert BTC to USD. Coinbase works too.

That is the best way for people to cash out crypto-currency, we all that bitcoin depends on the price of fiat so the thing is we need to convert or to exchange bitcoin to exchanger before we could used it as a form of physical currency because there is still no physical ewuv of bit on or any other currency that we could used on transactions. But for me it is better to invest and to used Bitcoin in transavtion through out the web , because it could offer faster and reliable transactions.
