If I guess, seems that it is related to the 2x wagering requirement of your deposit. How much your was your deposit and have you wagered 2x of it before requesting the withdrawal?

can't be the wagering requirements,think it has been introduced not so long ago
at least not more than three weeks?
if he has deposited over a month ago and its still pending,there must be a clear reason for that
