Thanks for your interest. We have updated the ANN for clarity: The soft cap is $250,000 USD, equivalent to the first phase. As the tool is not as complicated as others in the cryptosphere our costs are not so high and we are confident that we will build it no matter what. The team is also in talks for funding from different ventures, as the idea could be very useful even outside of crypto assets.
