Hi. I encountered the same concern with my password. I used a link from a sponsor to create an account. Just a grateful gesture for the info I received from his video. The creation of account went without issues. When I logged in to the main website, the system was asking for my password. I entered the username & password that I used to create the account via link provided by the sponsor but the system kept on indicating either the username or password is incorrect. I requested for a change in password but nothing had been corrected. It seems like I am in an unending loop in requesting for a change in password. Too, I tried to open the *.exe for the wallet for synchronization since 11/22/2017 around 1800PM, up to this time (11/23/2017 1250 AM, it hasn't completed to synch. The message states "57685 blocks remaining" How long does it take for the synchronization to finish or do i need to redo the process? Thanks in advance for the help.

I am going to stop the synchronization process of the wallet. It's taking so long. It seems like I am back to the past when internet just started. I am now on the 20+ hours of synching. I think developers' intention is for the synchronization process to be fast. I just have to create another account without the sponsor. Can I create another account without the sponsor?

Yes you can. You can add the sponsor after the creation of the acocunt.
