Wow this is awesome, it's the first time that I have encountered an ico that is this transparent when it comes to their budget plan. VLB is really setting the standards high here, with their pre-ico, then the pre-sale, then this, it seems like with this project you really got nothing to lose, the devs are very transparent on their funds and where this funds will be going into. Seeing these scenarios that you presented right here just proves how prepared you are to bring this project to the top, no matter how much the budget is you really got a plan for everything which is a really good thing. It highlights two important key points that are very crucial to a project trust and hard work. Presenting this to the community just strengthen our trust with the dev team. I have no doubt that during the ico this project will gather enough funds to speed up the VLB deployment to the bigger market.
