As the fees depend on the user trading volume on most exchanges etc. I am working on a solution that everyone can set there own fees.

The price is the best ask/bid in the order books.

In terms of fees, maybe it would be best to use the maximum fee for each exchange? That way, anyone who uses it can see this as a "worst case" profit and knows it can only improve
