Yeah I heard of that but fortunately I was not part of the group that lost money. I'm glad we have this thread as it got me to move over from a number of shady bookies. I emailed Cloudbet support last Friday and sent a followup Saturday and no response to date.

Tried to login, didn't accept my login, clicked on "Forgot my password", it said I'd get an email, never got the email.
Tried that 3x altogether, no email (which should be immediately auto emailed) after 3 days. And no support response after 3 days.

I'll try to contact them to see what they say. Can you PM your account ID?
