,its the least you need to do, since most of the countries offer local wallets for you to be more viable and easier to use it. you can try exchanges and try to trade there sometime, but if you are still beginning to trade, just try to read more about your local wallet provider, basically you can buy and invest your bitcoin there, and its much easier when you want to ask for clarifications because it can be answered directly by your own country's management.
