You should work on your English because he didnt say that. He said new bids would have 1 min to be outbid by even new bids.

Yes, i think its fair.

I came online 4 minutes before I posted it, so I wasn't sniping because it can be easily proven that I was having dinner and just came back. There are also stats showing when I came online, so I will say it, because it's a fact.

I suggest you work on your advice giving skills, because "1 minute remaining" says exactly that
