look at TenX , they have actual product, they already moving forward,
They have sending 500 cards/per day for EU region,
They have Visa TPA program on their hand + they still working with several provider for other market (US for next year).
They already generate more than 20million transaction with visa, and will multiplying in coming weeks.

you can keep holding your bag and dreaming go to moon, but it will not gonna happen with how Monaco team do their business.
