It is ridiculous!

People have no obligation to give you anything you want and if you are not happy with this you can close their account, instead of stealing their funds!

Two possible reasons that 'it worked' for you:

You are new fish or you have not enough deposit worth stealing.
OR
You have not been chosen as a victim (yet)

P.S. If you are not a fake id made by Bittrex to cover their mess, being just a naive ignorant user: Don't Make Deposit On Bittrex!
