If you registrered 5 weeks ago, that is 2 14 days period = 28 activity points, so nothing has changed

Your first post was on november the 20th, that was still in the 14 day period (2nd 14 day period started at 21 november), that other user posted in 3 14 day period, that's the difference

Read this and check the link if you wanna know when activity is going to be updated
