That answer seems quite reasonable to the naked eye,for something these are in the top 10,without so many complications that would sound logical,but what happens when, over time, some of it begins to be excluded,I suppose for example that sometime before there was ETH the number two in the list some other possibly LTC took its place at that time,I'm trying to say is that isn´t possible to guarantee that those that occupy the top 10 will always be there maybe.
