That is meaningless. All you need to do to be a member of a trade organization is pay the membership dues.

ICO investors gave them, what, 9 million USD? Plus they cashed out additional coins besides that and BTC, ETH have both had huge runs, so they could easily have 20-30 million or more on hand.

They can afford to join as many trade orgs as they want using $ they stole from investors.

What they will never be able to do is get actual healthcare users or customers because they are frauds.

They have no blockchain expertise. They have no healthcare expertise. All they have is a demonstrated willingness to lie to the public again and again and again:
