It helps when you are not a risk taker and then when you play gambling you are given opportunites and situations wherein that would be needing a decision from you to decide on if youll go all in or youll fold. However I think that there is a lot of positives in it as well as negative

Gambling is only helpful in one's life if you hit the unforgettable lucky wins that brings a lot of improvement in one's life but beyond that i think there is no more good reason that can give to us. Since there is lot of people that are buried in debt because of gambling and leads to life become miserable.
