Well the obvious benefit of holding out token at the presale stage is that:
1) You can exchange it immediately afeter crowdsale stage is over into out cryptocurrency METRUMCOIN at the rate 1:2. 1METRUMS token into 2 METRUMCOINs. So in that wawy you can participate in buying RE object across the world. The list of property project will be right after crowdsale.
2) Another option is just to exchange cryptocurrency to any other cryptocurrency you wish, because the price rate of tokens will grow significantly during ICO phase.
