thanks for your comment, I am not sure what you meant by "so many like this", to our best knowledege, there are currently no recognized global marketplace for tradable insurance policies and definitely none powered by the blockchain.

Purchase tradable policies cross-border is an expensive process involving escrow agents or lawyers, alternatively you can trust the company doing the sale.
