The platform is quite complex in development, it takes a lot of effort to implement, as well as for testing. I consider such a term - it is more than justified!

Of course it is, but I thought the platform would start working much sooner!

I think everyone would like this, but it's impossible! Because of the difficult technical realization of the product!
