You will get 9000+ in a draw with 10000 possible outcomes 1 every 10 times you play (on average). I play more than ten times every day and most days I get 9000+ numbers.

They are not the only ones. Actually, giveaways work similarly. You give people money, so they can play for free and, among all of them, some will end up depositing and losing a lot. So its profitable for them, the same way it is profitable for this site what they do.
