I am not against selling now, whenever one got hefty sum of profit is the right time to sell. Don't get caught up with your greed because if you hold for too long, then you would have to hold it for another long period of time. Do not hesitate to sell if there is a hefty sum of profit already. Just always remember to rebuy bitcoin whenever it corrects or dumps. That's correct and if you are making good profits then you should sell your bitcoins without waiting too long as we may see price drop in next couple of days or weeks and if you don't sell now then you will regret when you see downfall in the price as you always have an opportunity to buy at low price when price will fall in future so if you have bought bitcoins at low price in the past then this is the right time to sell bitcoins.

I think it would continuously rise in value like most of the replies suggest; however, in the aspect of selling, I think it would depend on how much profit you want to get or, in your own appraisal, what return is enough, but an important consideration is how much you bought or got the coins. If you got it for a low price then it is a good time to sell.
