There is a 1 thread of your CPU who mine, is not hidden, that was added after a poll where members they agreed to add it in exchange to send payments faster. If you look at Profile page you will notice a NEWS which specifies adding the miner.

This 1 thread CPU miner helps to send payment within 1-2 hours. All recent payments sent as soon as I see them.
