2 times kraken support member comes on the board, answer to other and no contact with me ....
Did i do something to you ?
Did I insult or disrespect anyone?
Do you think as a member of the support that ignoring me in this way is a solution?
I understand that kraken is under no obligation to respond on a forum outside the company.
I would like to thank you for intervening here to solve the problems of your customers.
Without being obliged to do so, since you are doing so, ignoring me in this way seems harmful to me.
They only reply to requests which suit them (maybe if the request is possible to be solved quickly for PR reasons), in order to maintain their SCAM, which is working surprisingly well seeing the trade volumes. Or their trade volumes are false as well which would be no surprise seeing these massive frauds in the management, service and dev teams. Maybe the volumes are also induced by Kraken's own trading, potentially with withheld user funds.
