Same situation here. I have a withdrawal of ETH pending by 27 November. No answer from the support still. So bad Undecided

I made 2 withdraws, showing only one, but no one arrives at the destination even if it shows Completed. Support doesn't respond to tickets, that's red flag for me. Do what you want.
