They should work fine since they have different ports. Still, i can't be 100% sure because i don't have >1 masternode on 1 VPS yet, but there's nothing that could impede running 2 different masternodes on 1 vps.

you can run many MN on one VPS depends on your RAM (about 150 MB for one MN). if you want to run multi MN for the same coin you need separate IP for each MN.
