I am not surprised. For the KYC, utrust chose a company with the worst reputation: debt collection agency Instrum Justitia AG. I can easily imagine how they don't care and turned off the connection on you... just google for

and you'll find plenty of "interesting" articles and reports. To me handing out my personal information to them would be a risk I couldn't justify.
