Patientory Community Code of Conduct

The community code of conduct aims to provide clear guidance as we continue to uphold the highest level of standards, ethics, integrity, and transparency. We encourage sharing content and on-going engagement with the Patientory team and other community members.

In an effort to keep our community organized, we have established the following guidelines. Management has the right to determine what are deemed to be improper acts and the right to update or modify the community code of conduct at any time. Community members that engage in or display inappropriate behavior/comments or deviate from the code of conduct will result in automatic ban from the community and immediately removed from the group.

1. The Patientory team discourages comments and behavior thats considered:
derogatory, misleading, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or any act considered inappropriate.

2. Our communication channels are in place to educate, inform and keep members actively engaged with the Patientory brand. We will provide weekly content across all social platforms.

3. Patientory Management and Moderators will monitor all social platforms daily.

4. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response to general questions/comments.
