for me both are working better and do not face any issue while using them but there is a problem in both of them. Coinbase is somehow safe but the thing here is that you should really not try to violate their ToS because once you have violated it then expect you would really be got blocked and there are instances on where they do block without any users awareness which do really suck but you can anytime complain to their support which i do say that they are somehow attentive on handling issues of its users but choosing between coinbase and blockchain i would use blockchain since i do have the private keys of my wallet.

Yes they do it like that just like the forum if you violated the plagiarism free rule you can be banned with no notice or whatsoever. Specially for coinbase that comply to the government for safety precautions well that cant be helped they are just securing it for a safety environment for their dear user's.
