its impossible to transfer bitcoin without fees. as far as i know theres an altcoin called xrb (raiblocks) which offers a zero fees for all micropayments transaction. heres a link to their ann thread if your interested to know more about this coin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1381323.0 also there were other alternatives altcoin that also offers a little to less fees when sending, some of them are dogecoin and litecoin.
