Windows re-install isn't the end of the world.
You could try booting with another gpu or igpu and then delete the table out of your registry
May try flipping the bios switch on the card and see if somehow that gets you around it.

Windows re-install takes a lot of time. Especially if one has to then also wait for all updates (incl 1709 fall creator's update). We're talking hours there unfortunately.
The funny thing is, the Onda D1800 does not have an iGPU but Windows still detects one and refers to it in the registry (which is what I think fukced up my soft play reg mods). Go figure.
I'll try flipping the bios switch on the cards. If that fails I'll have to re-install the damn thing. Again.

Take out vega cards, insert some other (nvidia?) card, boot and kill all registry entries about vega ))
