Many scammers who are hyip site admins have one or two people in their team and manage to manage the ponzi/hyip site for at least 2 years, of course it depends on the plan that the hyip, the budget and the place where they make the site advertising... In general most people are aware that hyip sites are ponzi scheme and created by thieves. even knowing that, these people invest in these hyip/ponzi sites. Is a very regrettable situation

if they know its a ponzi and they invest, its their fault. Admin can invent a cool story behind the project but it remains a ponzi but people dont understand this.
