That's to have your own self-moderated forum. Anyone is allowed to post on the site for free. There are tons of sites that have representatives that post on 2p2 that haven't paid to have their own self-moderated forum. If they told you differently you should post those emails, it would cause a ton of outrage and improve your standing.

The account's still active, and could be used right now, but I'm not sure if sealswithclubs/swc has any of the same people involved.

I've never had any communication with SWC that I can find.

If they want to have a branded account, be able to promote promos, etc., that would require advertising with us. But if they want a rep like they had before, that was able to answer non-promotion related questions, they're more than welcome to have one.
