28/29 rows at spreadsheets are related to make translations & moderation of old bounty thread in Russian (it was decided to move with only english version later) and ANN-threads (OculusMan was #0 bounty manager before Spaceman). Also, these stakes were allocated to WP translations tables yesterday as this work is translation, so it's not correct to compare stakes with Moderation stakes. Pools for moderation and WP translation are defined as independent 50%/50% from total 20% for Translation+Moderation.
