I guess you don't know that Coinbase is not supported on some countries so the members have to make sure before joining that the coinbase is accepting their country .Coinbase is accepted only in 32 countries https://www.coinbase.com/global?locale=en and there are 195 countries in the world

For example India, i think, its not supported on Coinbase but a big percent of money earning online (GPT) clickers are from India ,so you lose a big audience there

Coinbase needs to forward periodically the US accounts amounts lists to the IRS . So i would be surprised if any american people as micro earners will still use Coinbase to pay taxes .

My opinion,
Bad move to choose Coinbase
We do have members from India and other countries not listed in those 32 countries who earn from our site. You can still have a wallet and receive payments. Those 32 countries you mentioned can just not do buys using Coinbase as I understand it.
"A California federal court has ordered Coinbase to turn over identifying records for all users who have bought, sold, sent, or received more than $20,000 through their accounts in a single year between 2013 and 2015. Coinbase estimates that 14,355 users meet the governments requirements."
14,355 users out of hundreds of millions is not very much, I don't think too many people are worried about that.
Lastly we pay using Coinbase email because there are NO transaction fees. This allows us to have the highest payouts and lowest minimum cashouts.
