Isn't that worrisome? Well, since he already stated that he is using an escrow at the cost of the person selling, then I do not see any reason why he can't. Nevertheless, I would only blame anyone who would really want to sell to him at a lower price, pay for an escrow at the same time, when they can just go and sell at a better price or value in an exchange without paying escrow fee except the exchange little fee.
