The fault was of the guy of the service where I did the exchange from EUR to BTC. He put a fee of only 0.0003 BTC while higher fees were suggested to get higher priority. Tipically I get decent results with 0.0005 BTC but even higher fees are suggested in a period of high traffic like this. If you need money and your transaction gets stuck, it is the worst. Just to make an example, the guy who did the transaction just saved $3 to put $265 in serious danger. You cannot imagine how many times I'm writing to this service to complain, I'll never use this service in my life.

I have accelerated your transaction . The fee that was added is totally reasonable as the time he sent you money was exactly the time after which mempool exploded . I recently transferred my btc to a wallet and noted that I only received half of the transaction . This congestion is making miners rich .
