there are many trusted trading platforms for altcoins and tokens. Personally I use Poloniex, Yobit for trading altcoins, and Etherdelta for trading tokens. I think this are the most stable platforms for trading altcoins and tokens.

Best trading platform for newly release will still ETHER DELTA no doubt bout that as they are listed on that , but once done and on the reall market i woould prefer bittrex will now as it is my favorite and never had a [problem there.
