My 6x 1070 GPUs rig is running on 4GB RAM and never had any mining performance issues because of low memory, what I noticed is that Lyra2Rev2 is more sensible to core OC rather than memory
I'm getting 38.5 Mh/s at 100% TDP and +190 core but I prefer running my rig more profitably at 75% TDP and getting 35 Mh/s per GPU

And btw I'm using ccminer 2.2 MOD R2

Where did you get that version of? I can only find one source at cryptomining-blog.com which doesnt seem legit since i read about it stealing coins.
Also i dont understand how you accomplish such hashrates. Im stuck at 27-30MH/s per 1070GTX.
