I don't wannt deposit to test 10 rolls, and then understand that bitsler is not worth it. and paid two times fees to test for few bets, thats why im asking about betting speed.

In my opinion the roll speed isnt that much of an issue. More of the bigger issues are if it works with a mobile and if they got adequate security and 2FA. Also if they got a fair provably fair system.

The speed doesn't really benefit most people out there. Unless you got some degree in probability and think you discovered some holy grail method of gambling.
