I started reading the thread, but there is no way to find all of your answers in the thread as noob in time.

I know most people don't even read the faq, but if someone ask a noobish question in this thread you
can just point him to the faq.

So I just think a FAQ would be a really good idea.

Good idea, its not the simplest pool to understand and a few noobie questions and answers would certainly help and avoid having to search through hundreds of pages.
