The conversion of coins in blockchain.info is powered by a third party called shapeshift and I just checked their site. Apparently, Transactions may be delayed for hours as both the bitcoin and ethereum networks are congested.


So your funds will probably show up after a few hours but since blockchain.info's support can be slower than turtles, I suggest to contact them now in case something happens like waiting for the exchange process for days. *Please note that the conversion/exchange process will only start once they've received your deposit and as you said, it only confirmed today right? So technically you haven't waited for days.
