The Exhange was on 7 December, its was on on 10 December confirmed. but its still show as Pending and now its almost 13 December
If you still haven't contacted the support, do so now since you've been waiting for days : https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Choose the correct request type and put all the necessary details. You can include that screenshot too for extra reference. They mentioned that their support is available 7 days per week, you might get a response shortly if they only have a few in queue
